New studies on effective teamwork finds that women increases group performance by number, New York Times reports.
The strongest groups share these 3 features:
1. Equal contributions among group members - if only a few participate in the discussion, the outcome is likely to be lesser
2. Ability to consider and keep track of what other people feel, know and believe
3. High share of women - not equal shares but simply having more women (partly due to the fact that women score higher on ability to read others)
